ADHD / Neurodivergent Support Group
A warm, judgment-free space for wellness business owners who want to move forward but sometimes feel stuck, overwhelmed, or just need a friendly nudge to get things done. Come as you are — no pressure, no judgment.
What happens in the group
We meet on Zoom several times a week, so you can pick the time that works best for your schedule. You're welcome to join as often as you'd like, and we ask that you come to at least one session each week to keep your momentum going.

What this is not
We won't do the work for you, and this isn't business coaching. Instead, think of it as a cozy co-working room where you show up, get a little support, and make steady progress alongside people who understand exactly what you're going through.
Scholarships are available for businesses under 3 years old with less than $50,000 in annual revenue. A small missed-session fee helps keep everyone motivated to show up and get the work done.
